Most days you can find me curled up on my couch, surrounded by books and a smidge of toddler chaos. I’m addicted to learning and can never have enough writing craft books, self-development guides, or online courses. I am passionate about children’s literature, all things Natalie Goldberg (free-writing for the win!), and website creation. Long story short, I’m a nerd who loves helping other nerds reach the nerds who love them.
Unfortunately, you don’t know how to get there. Maybe you’ve built a website but all it seems to do is collect dust. Or maybe you’ve been meaning to build one for a while, but you don’t know where to start. Worse yet, maybe you’ve paid someone else to build a website for you but it doesn’t seem to be making any real impact.
I’m here to help you reach your goals. Unlike other author website services, I provide my clients with all of the resources to build and maintain their websites. This means you have full access and control of your own site, and when it’s time to update, you don’t have to pay me to come back and do it for you.
Additionally, I know the difference between a pretty website and a functional website. Simply looking good isn’t good enough. I work with you to create an action plan tailored to your needs, so that you can reach your goals as a writer and author.
I don’t just like working with writers, I am a writer. I understand not only the industry standards, but also a writer’s needs and desires when it comes to building a web presence.
For me, reaching readers isn’t just a job. It’s personal.
I approach and teach web marketing from a place of honesty and authenticity. No spammy sales pitches for your readers, just a whole lot of heart.
It’s great to have a stunning website, but if your website isn’t working for you, it isn’t serving you. I help you build websites that are both beautiful and functional.
You need to know how to manage and update your own website so that you aren’t reliant on others to manage your platform. While I’m always here to help, I also want you to have the tools necessary for success.
The ultimate goal of your website should be fostering a relationship with your readers. Your connection with your readers will always be my first priority.
Most author website creators think an author website should consist of pretty photos, a publication page, and an author bio. I see authors websites differently.
